Most bulk complaints trace back to something that was never verified: a cover trimmed into the title, a shade that drifted between forms, a section bound out of order. Both checkpoints exist to catch that class of error before it multiplies across the run.
At proof stage
Trim, bleed, margins, page sequence, extent, paper, colour and cover finish checked against the specification you signed off. Production begins only after you approve the proof.
Before dispatch
Bound copies checked for binding strength, sequence, trim consistency and finish, and the consignment count verified against the order before packing.

What quantities do you print?
We are set up for bulk and high-volume production rather than job work. Send your quantity with the enquiry and we will confirm what is workable for that specification, including whether offset or digital is the better fit for the run.
How is a quotation worked out?
Pricing is slab-based. The figure depends on quantity, trim size, page count, paper type and GSM, print method, number of colours, binding, finishing and delivery location. Because those variables move together, there is no useful standard rate to publish — every quotation is prepared against a specification.
What files do you need from us?
Print-ready PDF, pages in reading order, fonts embedded or outlined, images at print resolution, CMYK, with bleed and crop marks. Cover supplied as a separate file with spine width calculated for the extent and paper.
If something in the file needs correcting we will flag it. We assist with artwork checks, size and bleed setup and colour verification. Editorial, manuscript and design origination work sits outside our scope.
Do you print both colour and black-and-white books?
Yes. Single colour, two colour and four colour, offset for volume runs and digital for shorter quantities. Many titles run black-and-white text with a four-colour laminated cover, which is quoted as one job.
Can you match a previous print run for a reprint?
Yes, provided the earlier specification is available. Reprints are quoted against the same recorded specification — paper, trim, binding and finish — so a second edition sits alongside the first on a shelf. Send a copy of the earlier book or its specification sheet with your enquiry.
Where do you deliver?
Across India. Consignments are packed for transit and dispatched pan-India, and a single run can be split across several delivery addresses — useful for institutions distributing to multiple campuses. Delivery location is part of the quotation.
Do you raise GST invoices and work against purchase orders?
Yes. WissenPress Innovations is a Private Limited company, GST registered and Udyam (MSME) registered, and works against institutional purchase orders. GST and registration details appear on the invoice.
